Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs Graham and Linda Bramble. On July 6, 2024, at 3 p.m., Pastor Jason Arnette performed the marriage ceremony while family and friends lovingly looked on.
You’re Invited
This year we are making a concerted effort to invite friends, coworkers, and family to come to church with us! Each time you extend that special invitation, help us keep track by submitting your count to our survey! Additionally we are sharing the gospel and tracking our Gospel Conversations.
Special Day – Baptisms
Today was a very special day at Victory Baptist Church.
Pastor Jason had the privilege of baptizing Mary, Aaron, Dahlia, and LJ (James). Afterwards, the congregation, happily, approved their memberships into the Victory church family.
Victory Kids Kick-Off a BIG Success
Special thanks to everyone who came out for our Victory Kids Kick-Off! What an awesome day! Check out some photos here.
Sew We Begin . . .
Victory Baptist Church began its newest Mission Project on Saturday, July 8, 2023. An awesome group of ladies showed up with their sewing machines ready for work. Our Mission: Making handmade quilts for the homeless. Our Goal: Twenty quilts. Thanks to the terrific ladies who showed up and our ever so helpful John Lover (who helped set up and break down our work area) we have enough quilt squares ready to assemble seven quilts! If you love to sew and want to do something to help others and enjoy some awesome fellowship, join us for our next session on Saturday, August 5.
Celebrating 20 Years!
On Sunday, January 8 Victory Baptist Church celebrated 20 years. The church was founded in 2003 and worshiped in multiple locations before we broke ground on our permanent site. We are so thankful for all who came and worshiped with us on Sunday. We were especially thankful to have Pastor Garry Ballance and his wife Lisa with us as well as Dr. Robert Ivey and his wife Carolyn. They are just two of the pastors who has led the congregation through the years. We missed those who wanted to be with us that day and couldn’t. Please know that we thought of you and shared memories through a beautiful PowerPoint presentation. Enjoy these photos from Sunday’s event. Here’s to the next 20 years!
Keith & Talia Comer Make a Visit
On Sunday, May 29 we enjoyed a time of food, and fellowship, and received a ministry update from Keith & Talia Comer who recently returned stateside from the UK. They shared how God is doing great things through the ministry and encouraged us to pray for the people and places that God will use to start new house churches.
